Smart Automated ABI + TBI

Hand-held Vascular Doppler

Introducing Hi-Dop: the precision Doppler device that turns ultrasound waves into clear, real-time blood flow sounds. Simply place the probe near a vessel Hi-Dop captures reflected ultrasound signals and amplifies them through its high-fidelity speaker for immediate auditory feedback.

Key Features:

  • Crystal-Clear Audio: Built-in speaker delivers loud, intelligible blood flow sounds
  • Frequency Options: 2 MHz probes for optimal vessel penetration

Elevate your vascular assessments with Hi-Dop’s reliable, user-friendly design.

Automated ABI

SMART ABI is a cloud-enabled medical device data system that integrates the TBL-ABI module for precise Ankle-Brachial Index measurements and volume plethysmography, enabling early screening of Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD). Its advanced algorithm automatically calculates ABI from two ankle and both arm pressures—streamlining workflow and ensuring reproducible results.

The TBI function of SMART ABI measures systolic pressure in the big toe and compares it to the higher brachial pressure, yielding a ratio that’s especially useful when arterial calcification falsely elevates ABI values—common in diabetic patients. A normal TBI (>0.65) indicates adequate microvascular perfusion, while lower values can signal ischemia or ulceration risk.

Key Benefits

Non-invasive & Rapid:

Complete both ABI and PVR tests in under 5 minutes, minimizing patient discomfort.

Cloud-Based Data Management:Results are securely stored and accessible to specialists remotely, facilitating multidisciplinary care.

Clinical Decision Support:Automated risk stratification helps guide follow-up intervals and referrals.Coming Soon

Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) with SMART ABI

SMART ABI+ is a cloud-enabled medical device data system that integrates the TBL-ABI module for precise Ankle-Brachial Index measurements and volume plethysmography, enabling early screening of Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD). Its advanced algorithm automatically calculates ABI from two ankle and both arm pressures—streamlining workflow and ensuring reproducible results.

Toe-Brachial Index (TBI) with SMART ABI

The TBI function of SMART ABI measures systolic pressure in the big toe and compares it to the higher brachial pressure, yielding a ratio that’s especially useful when arterial calcification falsely elevates ABI values—common in diabetic patients. A normal TBI (>0.65) indicates adequate microvascular perfusion, while lower values can signal ischemia or ulceration risk.
